1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS — By accessing or using Hello Friend ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. ELIGIBILITY — You must be at least 13 years old to use Hello Friend.
3. USER ACCOUNTS — You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. ACCEPTABLE USE — You agree not to post false or fraudulent content; harass other users; violate any law; or attempt unauthorized access to any part of the App.
5. PET LISTINGS — Users who post adoption listings represent that they have lawful authority to rehome the listed animal. Hello Friend does not verify listings.
6. SERVICE PROVIDERS — Animal service providers are independent professionals and not employees of Hello Friend. We do not guarantee the quality of any services offered.
7. CREDITS & PAYMENTS — Credits are non-refundable and have no cash value. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before renewal. All charges are in USD.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY — All content and software are the property of Hello Friend or its licensors. You may not reproduce them without written permission.
9. DISCLAIMER — The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY — Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
11. GOVERNING LAW — These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
