Paid subscription plans will launch after the beta period. Beta members will be notified before any charges begin, and you can upgrade, downgrade, or stay on the free Calico / Robin tier at any time.
Your account transitions to the free Calico (pet owner) or Robin (provider) tier at no charge. You'll get advance notice and the option to upgrade to a paid plan or lock in Founder pricing before anyone else.
Yes — pay once and your plan, credits, and fee rates are locked for the lifetime of your account. No subscriptions, no renewals, no price increases. The HelloFriend Founder ($349) gives you lifetime Mako benefits, and the Founding Provider ($899) gives you lifetime Jaguar benefits with fees locked at 3% / 5% forever.
Yes. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period, then transition to the free tier.
Yes — annual billing saves about 2 months compared to monthly. Husky: $99/yr, Mako: $199/yr, Rabbit: $249/yr, Jaguar: $499/yr. Annual options go live when paid plans launch.
Payment processing via Stripe Connect is planned for launch after the beta period. During beta, no platform fees are charged on transactions. Beta providers receive reduced fees when transaction processing goes live.
