Yes — during the beta period, Hello Friend is completely free for both pet owners and animal service providers. You can join using the beta access code on our signup page. Paid subscription tiers are coming in the future, but beta users will always have their early access honored.
Hello Friend is available as a mobile app (iOS and Android) and as a web app. You can access it from any browser on your phone, tablet, or computer. The mobile apps offer push notifications and the best experience.

Find a provider you like, view their services and availability, and tap "Book." The provider gets a notification and can accept or suggest a different time. Once confirmed, the appointment appears in both your and the provider's calendars. You can message each other directly in the app.
Yes. Pet owners can list any pet for adoption through the Adoptions section. You'll set the pet's profile, add photos, and write a description. Interested adopters can send you an inquiry request, and you can message them directly to vet potential adopters before approving.
Any animal service professional is welcome — groomers, veterinarians, trainers, pet sitters, dog walkers, pet photographers, boarding facilities, pet supply shops, and more. If you work with animals, Hello Friend is for you.
